The Big 10 Women's Business Connection Leadership conference has been an annual event for the past 8 years, originally established at the University of Iowa. Over the years, women from Big 10 schools from across the country have had the opportunity to meet other WIB Executive Members to collaborate, network, and build professional relationships. Community Service Project
